#17 Maintenance Technician

Car Wash Duties

• Complete daily assessment / cleaning of car wash
• Assist car wash technician with weekly deep clean of car wash
• Assist car wash technician and tier 2 Maintenance Technician with monthly preventative maintenance.
• Fill out car wash checklist before leaving shift.  
• Assist customers who may experience issues entering the car wash.  This includes guiding them to the correct positioning to start the car wash, instructing them to remain in park, resetting the machine in case of a fault, and any trouble they may experience at the pay station.
• Shoveling and salting any areas that do not have heated floors.  This includes vacuum / air areas, and anything missed by plow trucks.
• During extremely busy days, employee is expected to work until volume decreases.  While attending the car wash during busy times, the employee should remain at the pay station to provide any answers to questions and look for any unforeseen issues.

C-Store Duties

• Stock all coolers, remove all trash and take to dumpster. All boxes must be broken down
• Rotate dates in coolers to guarantee freshness and control out of date products
• Maintain clean coolers, sweep and mop as needed. This must be done at least 3 times a week.
• Put away cooler orders on delivery days. This varies by location
• Keep all beer displays date rotated and priced.
• Maintain clean island areas. Clean all gas pumps and trash cans.
• Stock island supplies. Washer fluid, paper towels, Loyalty flyers in holders.
• Replace visibly worn squeegees
• Stock all outdoor displays. Keep all displays clean and neat.
• Sweep parking lot. This includes sweeping leaves in the fall and shoveling excess snow in the    winter. Salt customer areas in the winter as needed.
• Maintain landscaping in between grass cutting. Spray weeds as needed. Keep landscaping free of debris.
• Check spill buckets for water and empty as needed. This must be recorded on the log and done at least once a week.
• Check tanks for water weekly using water paste and record on log.
• Check security seals on pumps. Replace as needed and record on log if any are replaced. Notify manager if any tampering is evident. PCI compliance.
• Maintain a current class c certification. Assigned yearly in RTO.
• Adhere to all company polices.
• Additional directives assigned by management.

• Previous work experience in retail and customer service is a plus
• Able to stand, bend, and kneel continuously throughout shift
• Able to carry/lift up to 49 lbs
