Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calls maybe required depending on the department.
- These are the first point of contacts.
- Starts the Patient’s Case by collecting critical patient demographic data and info.
- Positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.
- Calls are based on the Pharmaceutical they are servicing within the department.
Schedule Availability: Between 8am-5pm CST
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Work Model: Onsite
- Must live in Irving TX or surrounding cities!
- Must be comfortable with commuting to onsite location for shift
- At least one year of recent call center experience
- Must have access to high-speed internet with the ability to work from home
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Capacity to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer
- Must be able to be maintain confidentiality with customer information
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to commit to 90 probationary period (No requested days off during that time)
