Apogee is seeking a Knowledge Manager supporting Headquarters 15th Air Force (15 AF) at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. This position is in the 15 AF Knowledge Management Office providing direct support to the Command Team, Chief of Staff, and Director of Staff overseeing a 120-person staff providing guidance to 13 subordinate wings and three direct reporting units on behalf of the Commander, 15 AF.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and support 15 AF SharePoint sites at the direction of the Chief of Staff (CoS) and Director of Staff (DS) on NIPR and SIPR domains. This includes web designer activities.
- Provide training to the staff on SharePoint administration, KM, and coordinate for appropriate access to 15 AF SharePoint sites.
- Provide administrative support to the staff Directorates at the direction of the CoS/DS. This support includes creating SharePoint sites, training Directorate personnel, and coordinating for applicable access to Directorate Information.
- Create and manage deliberate information flows throughout the staff. This task includes email distribution lists, consolidated SharePoint dashboards, and Tasker Management Tool workflows.
- Serve as Tasker Management Tool Manager. Be capable of creating, routing, answering, and troubleshooting all tasks on the Tasker Management Tool at the Directorate level.
- Develop and support 15 AF staff Business Rules and Staff Action Officer Handbook. Analyze internal processes, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as Special Awards and Trophies process.
- Assist the CoS/DS with battle rhythm management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Compile, format, and check quality of recurring information updates for meetings, VTCs, and reports and provide print-outs of presentations as required.
- Assist staff with "process mapping" and establishing battle rhythm events IAW Commander's guidance under the direction of the Chief of Staff or Director of Staff.
- Identify and document overall information flow and mission essential processes/procedures across staff.
- Maintain organizational email account and archival file structure. Daily check the account for incoming emails and then distribute to the correction action agency or take action directly to resolve the issue.
- Monitor the Request for Information (RFI) systems and coordinate with agencies in response to RFIs to ensure all timelines are met.
- Conduct KM-related training and assistance for staff including new arrivals and augmentees.
- Coordinate daily all functions of the Tasker Management Tool for the 15 AF HQ Staff.
- Monitor and process all input and output functions for internally generated taskers to include validating all incoming tasker emails from external agencies with the CoS/DS.
- Provide quality control checks for all tasker responses and ensure documentation is correctly labeled and loaded in the system. Ensure the tasker is correctly closed and the appropriate agencies are notified of the results of the tasker request.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution within the 15 AF Staff.
What you'll need:
- Security Clearance Required: Secret
- One of the following education/experience combinations:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' of Knowledge Management experience, OR
- 8+ years' Knowledge Management experience (in lieu of degree)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Power Tools, Power Automate, records management systems, and other collaboration tools.
- Knowledge management experience on a USAF wing staff/wing staff agency or higher highly desired.
- Experience with TMT highly desired.
- Experience as SharePoint administrator highly desired.
