We're seeking innovative Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with DEA licenses who are passionate about mental health, psychiatric care and addiction medicine.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial triage assessments and care planning
- Ongoing monitoring and care management
- Responding to acute medical needs
- Performing wound care, evaluations, and procedures
- Educating patients on health topics
- Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Active RN license in state or Oregon
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Experience serving diverse patient populations
