they are basically looking for someone who can maintain and support their ERP system which is Elite made by Tecysys. Primary modules for them is DMS and WMS, if they have TMS that is a plus but not necessary. Most the candidates will be coming out of Pharma or Healthcare, that is primarily where this ERP system is used.
Skills:
Linux - advanced user skills, some development skills, shell scripting. Good understanding of Unix/Linux O/S.
- 4GL - Informix or FourJs BDL or Genero - high level.
- Oracle - SQL, stored procedures, triggers, client tools, programming interfaces - mid to high level.
- Postscript - it is used in all forms - medium level.
- Tecsys development tools.
- Elite DMS/WMS database
- PHP - programs quite simple

This role will be solely dedicated to maintaining the Elite ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and performance. Elite is the comprehensive ERP solution made by Tecsys, and we are looking for someone with expertise in maintaining and supporting this system.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on the Elite ERP system to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor system health, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot any technical problems that arise.
Implement system upgrades and patches in coordination with the Tecsys team.
Conduct regular data backups and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and configure the ERP system accordingly.
Provide technical support to end-users for ERP-related inquiries and issues.
Document maintenance procedures, configurations, and system changes.
Stay updated on ERP system updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintaining the Elite ERP system.
Expertise in conducting routine maintenance tasks, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
