- Current New York State Certification in Earth Science 7-12 and Physics required, New York State Certification in General Science, Biology, or Chemistry desired;
- Willingness to expand and develop both knowledge of subject matter and instructional strategies to improve student learning;
- Ability to collaborate with other staff, parents, students, and administration;
- Must have knowledge of the NYS Next Generation Science Standards;
- Experience in the use of instructional technology, communications and information systems to support student learning.
