We are seeking a highly skilled Zendesk Implementator to join our team. As a Zendesk Implementator, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Zendesk platform to meet the specific needs of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our customer support operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Configure and customize Zendesk according to business requirements, including ticketing workflows, automations, triggers, and macros
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and self-service portals
- Provide end-user training and support on Zendesk functionality
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with Zendesk best practices and new features, and make recommendations for system improvements
Experience:
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Zendesk in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of Zendesk features, functionality, and best practices
- Proficiency in configuring ticketing workflows, automations, triggers, macros, and reporting in Zendesk
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing the Zendesk user interface
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
