What Will You Do?
The Youth Care Partner’s primary purpose is to provide support, guidance, mentoring, advocacy, and empowerment to the youth assigned to their caseload. Performance will be measured by your individual outcomes, achieving your individual targets/goals, your contribution to your overall program team/department and your buy-in to the culture of the organization. The Youth Care Partner position includes on-call availability and schedule flexibility. Youth Care Partners play a pivotal part in our company structure. We are seeking qualified candidates who are willing to make a difference.
- Represent the organization internally and externally through your communication and conduct
- Display trauma informed practices and principles in your interactions with customers, with peers and with leadership
- Provide mentoring and modeling for youth assigned to your caseload
- Provide crisis management and intervention as needed
- Empower the youth in your caseload to find their voice and learn appropriate self-advocacy
- Meet or exceed productivity expectations
- Other duties as assigned
What qualifications do you need?
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.
Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: High School Diploma or GED, or Associates Degree and 1 year experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills.
