Its the way Youth Sports should be!Job Overview:Instructors and Officials must be able to uphold the i9 Sports philosophy by providing a fun learning environment for all players and coaches.
- Instructors: Assist in leading practices, coaching teams, and providing an overall pleasant experience for those on their field. This position entails lots of hands on work with the players and coaches to help improve their knowledge of the sport and their overall experience in our programo Responsibilities Include:

• Empowering volunteer coaches to lead practice with proper guidance and instruction focused on fundamentals, skill development, and FUN
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude with great customer service skills
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts of the sport and weekly sportsmanship values
• Supervise overall operation of sport on game day
• Assist in officiating when necessary
• Setting up/Breaking down fields properly

- Officials: Serve as the main enforcer of the rules during games, provide proper instruction, and act as an on-field coach. Must have a good understanding of the sport and be able to have time management on the field.o Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding and properly enforcing all i9 Sports rules to ensure a fun, safe, and positive learning environment for all players and coaches
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude with great customer service skills
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts of the sport and weekly sportsmanship values
• Manage time, keep score, and provide age appropriate level of instruction

- Site Coordinators: responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports experience and assisting with gameday operations of a venue. We are a customer service oriented company, so those that have experience will have a leg up on the competitiono Responsibilities Include:

• Field setup and breakdown for game day events
• Checking in coaches each day
• Organizing gameday equipment and ensuring cleanliness of the venue
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
• Direct parents and answer questions appropriately

Qualifications:- Ability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or both!- Great communication skills with those of all ages- Highly motivated and energetic personality- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure safety of players
