Soccer Coach

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement soccer training programs for assigned age groups and skill levels
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- Teach fundamental soccer techniques such as passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of players during training sessions and games

Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching and/or playing soccer at various levels, from youth to adult.
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with players, parents, and other coaches
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Patience and understanding when working with players of different skill levels and backgrounds
- Knowledge of child development principles and behavior management techniques
- Experience working with students in physical education or childcare settings (preferred)

Note: Coaching license is a plus or will be needed soon after joining.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 7 per week
