Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development and FUN. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives both on and off the field through best-in-class Coaching, Curriculum and Communication.

We coach at more than 100 locations around the Greater Memphis Area. Our goal is “to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family."

We are looking for Highly Energetic, FUN, Passionate, and reliable individuals to join our Coaching Team. Don’t know much about soccer? No problem! While it is a bonus to have some knowledge of the game it is not essential.

WHAT YOU GET:

• $20 per hour when trained and Certified Coach (Coach up to 35 hours a week)
• Ability to progress to $22 per hour during first year of employment

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Ability to be silly with young children, meeting them on their level
• Passion to positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID
• Ability to pass a Federal background check
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

HOURS:

• Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:30pm
• Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
• Part-time: minimum 10 hours/week

We can also work within your current schedule. Soccer Shots partners with Daycares, Schools, and Community Parks all over the Greater Memphis Area offering classes, and we will SCHEDULE YOU ONLY WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE!

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development and FUN
• Travel to our partner locations, arrive on-time and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference
