What We're Looking For: We're seeking imaginative, committed, and high-energy individuals who love a good challenge and want to make a positive difference in the lives of young people. You should be available for a part-time schedule from Monday to Friday, year-round, right here in Napa. No weekends required!

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work the specified schedule
• Ability to meet minimum qualification standards for an Instructional Aide
• Willingness to pass pre-employment Tuberculosis screening
• Able to pass a federal criminal background screening
• COVID vaccinations or willingness to receive vaccination upon hiring

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth in a recreational setting
• Skills in planning programs and activities for kids
• CPR & First Aid Certifications

Your Responsibilities as a Youth Fun Facilitator:

• Creating a fun, safe, and healthy environment for our young members and program staff
• Encouraging participation and being a fantastic role model for our kids
• Supervising youth groups, both indoors and outdoors
• Crafting engaging programs and activities for young minds
• Offering academic support with homework
• Building strong, positive relationships with youth, their families, school staff, and fellow staff members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
