As a Youth Development Center Food Service Assistant, you will enjoy a rewarding opportunity in our licensed childcare and preschool centers, ensuring that children and team members receive nutritious meals.

In this role, you can look forward to:

• Driving our YMCA van to a catering facility to pick up and deliver food to our childcare locations in Bismarck
• Preparing food portions and afternoon snack items for classrooms
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and food storage area
• Assisting with inventory management to support efficient food ordering

Part Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-12:00 pm

We are looking for candidates who embody the YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. While previous Food Service, food preparation, and/or delivery experience is preferred, your commitment to creating a nurturing environment for children is equally important. To qualify for this role, you must be a licensed driver for a minimum of three years and have a clean driving record.
At the YMCA Youth Development Centers, we provide high-quality, values-oriented, state-licensed childcare and pre-school education. We have three locations in Bismarck Mandan-the Main YMCA on Washington Street, North location on Century Avenue and Mandan location inside the Family Wellness facility.
