Facilitator Job Description

Duties:

- Educate and train individuals or groups on specific topics or skills
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions
- Create and deliver engaging presentations
- Provide administrative support for program activities
- Assist with fundraising efforts and donor relations
- Collaborate with team members to develop program materials and resources
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in recruiting and managing volunteers is a plus
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques is desirable
