- Provide assistance at campus/program by enforcing rules, modeling positive behavior, and serving as mentor for young people.
- Oversee daily operations of program including completing necessary paperwork such as daily logs, incident reports, transporting and medication administration as necessary.
- Organize and facilitate recreational activities including games, physical fitness, and scheduled events daily.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (sign on bonus available)
- Minimum age 21
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent plus willingness to complete on-the-job training
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly and responsibly
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
- Must have a driver’s license and pass a background check
- Available to show documentation of select immunizations
- One to two years of experience working with youth or degree in human services or related field.
- Starting pay $18.50 an hour
