Operation SafeHouse is seeking a Full-time Youth Care Staff in its Riverside, CA location. Several shifts available. Potential candidates must have a strong ability to work with at-risk youth, positive attitude, and ability to empower youth. The position will require someone who is flexible, open-minded, enthusiastic, reliable and a team player. Must possess the ability to communicate and interact effectively with youth from a variety of social/cultural backgrounds.
Essential duties include (but are not limited to):
- Youth supervision in a group setting
- Meal preparation
- Crisis intervention
- Daily documentation
- Group facilitation
- Answering phones
- Processing donations
Shift schedules may include WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS:
Prior experience working with adolescents preferred. All potential hires will undergo a background check. Must have a current driver's license and clean driving record.

- working with youth population: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
