We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. As a Yoga Instructor, you will have the opportunity to create a positive and welcoming environment for our clients while guiding them through various yoga practices. If you have a strong background in yoga and a desire to help others improve their physical and mental well-being, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups of varying skill levels
- Develop and implement safe and effective yoga sequences
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different body types and abilities
- Demonstrate proper body mechanics and alignment during poses
- Educate clients on the benefits of yoga and how it can improve overall health and wellness
- Offer guidance on breathing techniques and meditation practices
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space
Experience:
- Certified Yoga Instructor with a minimum of 200-hour training
- Strong knowledge of yoga principles, techniques, and philosophy
- Experience teaching various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics as they relate to yoga practice
- Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Pilates, or cycling is a plus
- Previous experience in personal training or fitness sales is beneficial
- Ability to design well-rounded yoga programs that cater to different goals and abilities

Pay: $20.00 - $54.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 7 per week
