We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn, grow, and have memorable summer experiences. If you have a passion for childhood development, fun, and education, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Our Counselors:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts for campers
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Assist with organizing and implementing daily schedules and routines
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their social interactions
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create engaging programs
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of camp facilities
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Strong management skills to effectively engage and guide campers
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment
- Ability to manage behavior challenges and promote positive behavior management techniques
- Experience in tutoring, babysitting, childcare, or special education is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Pay: $380.00 - $440.00 per week
