We currently have an opening for the following position: Yardi Systems Administrator (Multifamily)
Overview
The Yardi Systems Administrator (Multifamily) is responsible for providing strong customer service and technical support, maintaining, managing, and optimizing the Yardi property management software system within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Yardi system, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and providing technical support to users in Multifamily.
Location: This role is remote. However, this role is welcome to work on-site at one of our primary offices if preferred (Indianapolis, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Indiana OR Grand Rapids, Michigan)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST
FLSA Status: Full-time, exempt, salary pay

  • Business Process Automation (Workflows, Efficiency Gains, Close Loop Systems)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Serves as the point of contact for all IT-related issues for all branches of the organization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common Yardi multifamily and affordable technical issues.
  • Perform Yardi multifamily and affordable property onboarding and offboarding.
  • Experience using Yardi’s residential ETL files.
  • Researches and conducts the implementation of various operating platforms.
  • Configure and maintain the Yardi system to meet the organization's needs.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement system upgrades and patches in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to Yardi system users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient system utilization.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and customize the system accordingly.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data within the Yardi system.
  • Manage user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate levels of access for distinct roles.
  • Integrate the Yardi system with other relevant software related to multifamily. Configure multiple third-party interfaces, including Blue Moon, Application screening software, deposit software, Rent Café, EliseAI, Yieldstar (AIRM) Import and Export Tasks, Real Page Business Intelligence / Performance Analytics, Knock and Get Covered.
  • Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Generate and customize reports as per organizational requirements.
  • Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, updates, and customizations.
  • Develop and update user manuals and guides.
  • Work closely with other IT professionals, property management teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements. Investigate and resolve system issues promptly, providing technical support to end-users.
  • Proactively identify and address potential system issues and recommend improvements. _
  • Support the development of IT policies and procedures as it relates to the property management division.
  • Provide daily support for Yardi users and monitor and respond to questions, issues, tasks, and problems using Bradley’s IT help desk ticketing system.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Yardi software and property management processes, both affordable and conventional.
  • Knowledge and experience creating and configuring Yardi YSR Reports and using Yardi’s report scheduler.
  • Proficient using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting language for ad hoc reporting, writing custom stored procedures and interfacing with third-party application data housed in MS-SQL.
  • Proven experience as a Yardi System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
