This position is a Yardi Support Specialist who will provide operational support to property staff on daily operations in our Yardi software. This position has the opportunity to be remote or to work in an office in Memphis, TN, Denver, CO or Montgomery, AL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users of the Yardi products including Voyager, RentCafe and Elevate
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients experiencing software-related problems, guiding them through problem identification, resolution, and prevention.
- Create and maintain users, user/property/menu-based security, scheduled reports, custom menus and workflows.
- Assist with onboarding new properties and associated setup. Knowledge of data conversions using ETL is a plus.
- Collaborate with other team members and Yardi Client support to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Test and implement new Yardi modules.
- Knowledge of custom reporting using SQL scripting is a plus.
- Work with interface vendors to establish and maintain Yardi data exchange.
- Identify and streamline processes that can be improved with innovation and work with team to implement.
- Troubleshoot user-submitted system issues utilizing. Escalate issues to Yardi support teams and monitoring ongoing Yardi support.
- Analyze support tickets and work with department heads to create opportunities for additional training. Assist with end user training and development of training guides.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years – Yardi Voyager experience including Administration and set up, preferably with 7S. Experience with RENTCafé, PayScan, Affordable module, and YSR a plus.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
