We are currently hiring for our Loader Operator Dispatcher position.

Summary: Assisting the Plant Manager and Maintenance in making sure the loader, concrete plant and materials are ready for each day’s business level

Job Requirements:

· Clean driver’s license

· Clean MVR

· Must be 18 years of age

· Ability to read, write and speak English

· Must adhere to all safety regulations including company policies, State and Federal regulations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Daily loader inspections including pre trip and post trip

· Daily greasing of the loader and the concrete plant

· Loading concrete plant with material (rock and sand)

· Inspecting equipment for cleanliness and maintenance

· Assisting plant maintenance as needed

· Managing materials and products for next day’s business

· Checking the condition of the material for gradation and cleanliness, summer months always keep the rock piles wet

· Insuring the appearance of the yard, drag area, parking area and green belt areas are clean and in order

· Insuring that all requirements are followed: Waste water and slurry are being managed in a positive manner. All out-falls should be properly maintained. Maintain all Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly site inspections

· Must be professional and courteous to customer/jobsite personnel

· Must wear Safety equipment/gear per company policy and per jobsite policy

· Must be able to work flexible schedule, flexible hours, hours vary

· Overtime, weekends or nights may be required

Required Skills/Tasks

· Communication skills. Excellent customer relation skills.

· Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently

· Ability to follow verbal and written directions accurately

· Knowledge of skills, sands and aggregate classification to help product spec material

· Observant and conscientious about factors affecting material quality.

· Knowledge of aggregate sizes and classifications. Knowledge of weight requirements.

· Load transports/trailers with the proper weight.

· Free from debris that can fall from the trailers or beds.

· Operators filling concrete batch plants responsible for materials of proper classifications to be fed continually.

· The operator is responsible for the efficient working condition of the equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.

· Keep yard and haul roads graded and clean of debris.

· Shovel under conveyors and hoppers.
