Yard Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to the organization and maintenance of our yard. This position requires heavy equipment operation and materials handling skills. Duties: - Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, cherry pickers, and rigging equipment - Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery - Organize and maintain inventory in the yard - Assist with warehouse management system tasks, including tracking and locating materials - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Skills: - Proficient in operating heavy equipment, including cranes, cherry pickers, and rigging equipment - Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and materials handling procedures - Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently - Mechanical knowledge for performing equipment maintenance tasks - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you are a motivated individual with the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for the position of Yard Worker.
