Salary: $86,000.00 to $101,000.00

Shift: 8-hour shifts, Day/PM/NOC (Night), Varied start time

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

Relocation Bonus: $5,000.00

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum Required:

• Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California (CRT) (to be obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Current CPR Certification
• Fluoroscopy Permit (to be obtained within 6 months of hire)

Desired:

• Current licensure issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain and review patient histories, ensuring accurate and complete imaging procedures.
• Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in radiology.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by the Department of Health Services, State of California, to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Fluoroscopy Permit to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Current licensure issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including Day/PM/NOC, with varied start times.
