Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a respected practice as an Orthopaedic Radiologic Technologist. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations.
Essential Job Functions: Orders x-ray exams in EMR system, prepares equipment, positions patient appropriately to obtain x-ray as ordered by physician. Keeps exam room and equipment clean, organized and stocked. Sterilizes instruments. Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients, physicians, and co-workers. Contributes to a positive work environment and any other tasks needed to help clinic run smoothly. Attends all required meetings.
Qualifications: Must have State of Utah Radiology Technologist/RRT License. Must have graduated from an accredited program. Medical terminology (especially orthopedics) preferred. Six months clinical experience preferred. Good computer and customer service skills.
Hours: Monday- Friday between 8am-5pm, hours variable
