X-Ray Technologist

Job Description:

Orthopedic Surgery Private Practice in Elmhurst is seeking a part-time x-ray technologist to add to its team. Monday (8:30-4:00), Tuesday (7:30-3:00) and Thursday (8:30-2:00) Total Hours: 25-30 hours a week

Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality digital x-rays according to physician orders (Fugi Digital Processor, XC-2 model)

- Making sure the x-ray room is well-equipped and kept in the most presentable fashion

- Providing excellent patient experience and satisfaction

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

- Assist front desk with scheduling patients when not taking x-rays

- Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols

Experience:

-2 to 3 years of x-ray experience

- EPIC knowledge preferred

Required:

- Organized and presentable

- Patient empathy and compassion

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and provider

Incentive: Sign on bonus after completing 2 months of working

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
