X-Ray Technician

Primary and Urgent Care Clinic located in Boca Raton, FL currently seeking a qualified and experienced X-Ray Technician to join our team.

*Candidates are eligible to begin immediately upon the successful interview process*

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Report to the clinic daily and provide quality patient care
- Perform both X-ray tech duties and Medical Assistant duties
- Verifying patents identity and reviewing physicians order
- Using X-ray equipment to take radiographic images of patients as per physicians' written order
- Explain/educate patients on X-ray procedures
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures
- Ensure X-rays taken are of sound quality to prevent repeat procedures
- Ensure equipment is regularly serviced and in good working order
- Maintain accurate record of completed X-ray procedures
- Work as a team player with the clinic staff and physician

Licenses/Certification (Required):
- Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist or Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (required)
- Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
- Phlebotomy and/or IV Certification (preferred)
- BLS Certification
- Medical experience: 2 year
- EMR System experience (preferred)
- Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time, set schedule

Pay: $21-28/Hour
Varies based on education and experience.
