SalaryThis position requires an experienced horse person and preferably cattle, as well. Must have the ability to guide guests on trails safely and happily. Must possess excellent guest communication skills, work independently as well as with others, and be ready for a hard days work from early morning to late afternoon/evening. Hours and days off can fluctuate. The duties include general labor, carpentry, fencing, operating equipment and anything related to our animals' well-being and the image and care of our ranch. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person/persons to work hard in a fun and profitable position. Tips are good in the summer and housing is possible, depending on employee's needs. This is not a job, but a "Western Life-style."
