- 8 hour shift: Flexible hours between 7:00am- 8:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.
- Provide Wound Care in accordance to patient needs and best clinical judgement
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
- Provide direction to clinical team members.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN or LPN in the state of Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 year of LPN or RN experience in a long term care setting/skilled nursing facility Required
- Wound Care Certification Preferred
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
- Primary series of the COVID Vaccination is required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
