We are looking for a passionate and experienced Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Christian worship and be able to lead congregations in meaningful, engaging worship experiences. The successful candidate will be able to lead with confidence, demonstrate a deep knowledge of music theory and have the ability to create an atmosphere of reverence and joy. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized and has a heart for leading others in worship. We would prefer someone who could lead with piano as well.
Responsibilities:
- Lead congregational singing and worship.
- Prepare and lead worship services.
- Plan and lead rehearsals for worship services.
- Select appropriate music for worship services.
- Provide spiritual guidance to the congregation.
- Organize special events and activities related to worship.
- Maintain a library of music for worship services.
