Avon Middle School World Language Long Term Substitute Teacher
Qualifications:
Proper Connecticut teaching certification in Spanish (023) required. Must meet Federal NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide effective instruction in various levels of Middle School Spanish, as shall be assigned.
Terms of Employment:
Assignment to begin on or about February 4, 2024 and end on the last day of the 2023-24 School Year. Salary and benefits in accordance with the Agreement Between the Avon Board of Education and the Avon Education Association.

  • Copies of transcripts for all degrees held from all granting colleges/universities uploaded as part of the application materials.
  • Three signed letters of reference from current or former employers and professional contacts uploaded as part of the application materials (Please limit reference letters to three letters written within the past year.)
