Your work will involve provide IT support to NSWC Carderock RDT&E network users along with troubleshooting computer issues via phone, in-person and remotely.
To qualify, you'll need:
• DOD Top Secret Security Clearance
• 2 years' computer support experience and knowledgeable in patching Windows workstations using products such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and shall possess a general understanding of using Group Policy Objects to implement security requirements on Windows workstations
• CompTIA Security+CE or equivalent IAT II Certification
• One of the following certifications:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
