- Awareness of health & safety procedures
- Provide guidance for supervisors and employees
- Oversee supervisors day-to-day
- Assist on the day-to-day work
- Monthly evaluations for all staff
- Performing write ups to supervisors and employees if needed
- Overseeing work shifts
- Firm grasp of company policies
- Provide Guidance
- Escorting vendors, students or contractors
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Manage relationship between staff, client, and organization
List of General Responsibilities:
- Duties can and will fluctuate pending airport/terminal location and client
- Conducting evaluations
- Assign daily task
- Investigate client complaints
- Provide new hires with the proper training and tools to succeed
- Introducing workplace safety producers to supervisors and employee
- Keeping track of monthly inventory and report to General Manager
- Oversee cleaning duties and ensure office or establishment is clean and sanitized
- Reporting incidents, misconduct, etc.
- Completing shift using proper procedures
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the health and safety policies and procedures
- Build a successful customer service team and department
- Show leadership and direction
- Escorting vendors, students, or contractors
- Courier, distribution of items varied catered food, supplies, med-kits, and furniture
- Replacement and disposal of trash bags in the properly assigned offices and rooms
- Dispensing of disinfectant spray and using fog machines
Minor Responsibilities:
- Assist employees if needed
- Manage staff in all operations
- Ensure weekly check list is being followed

Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel to the airport at times where public transport is not available
- Ability to read, write and speak follows verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to work inclement weather
- Strong customer services skills
- Must possess a professional image, attitude
- Much become familiar with and retain knowledge of company forms required for this position
- Must follow company guidelines on uniform standards
