Job Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist to join our team. The Workforce Specialistposition is instrumental to ensuring the smooth running of our customer care team. This role is responsible for administering the customer care team operations, including payroll administration, routing efficiency, team productivity, and customer satisfaction. As the Workforce Specialist, you will also interact with our Life Engagement Coordinators, Employment Coordinators and Workforce Development Coordinator daily. The position will also assist in implementing continuous improvement of processes for the customer care team.
The Workforce Specialist reports to the Workforce Development Coordinator. This position is an essential member of our team and requires outstanding Customer Service skills, attention to detail, basic payroll knowledge, superior relationship-building skills, and work ethic. This position represents The Fuse Network every day.
Experience:
- Management and supervision
