Role:Workforce Development: Soft Skills Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions focused on Soft Skills development for aspiring professionals.
• Share appropriate real-world examples and experiences to enrich learning opportunities.
• Connect with participants, fostering an interactive and stimulating learning environment.
• Design and deliver modules on communication, time management, diversity, equity and inclusion, customer service, critical thinking, leadership, networking, emotional intelligence, and professionalism across industries.
• Collaborate with our team to refine training materials and curate relevant content.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Enjoyment in connecting with people and sharing practical examples from the field.
• Proficiency in training techniques and strategies.
• Strong communication skills for conveying messages.
• Knowledge of formal and informal leadership qualities and skills.
• Experience in professionalism and networking for career advancement.
• Understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in personal and professional success.
• Skill in facilitating training sessions related to Workforce Development and engagement.
• Capability to deliver interactive learning sessions.
• Proficiency in assessing training needs and customizing live sessions to meet needs.
• Strong engagement skills and an enthusiastic personality.
• Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
