  • Hiring Pay Range: $20.19 - $25.00 per hour

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, design, develop, test, and implement document management solutions and services in Fiserv Director and related technologies.
  • Build, test, and implement enterprise workflow solutions to create efficiencies as approved.
  • Scan and import documents into document management software.
  • Document technical functions, specifications, and training for various departments.
  • Propose recommendations for improving document management procedures.
  • Provide administrative support in document management software.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide troubleshooting/support.
  • Assist with document management software upgrades through testing and communication to departments affected.
  • Support department managers in creating imaging procedures.
  • Gather and analyze information relevant to current and new products and services.
  • Travel to various banking locations and working non-standard hours will be required from time to time.
  • Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • 2+ years of financial services experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) or Fiserv Director Workflow certification.
