Position Status: Full-time, Days
Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (EST)
Work Location: Norfolk, VA
Minimum Requirements:
OSHA Regulation - 3 years required
Regulatory Agency Requirements - 3 years required
Regulatory/Compliance - 3 years required
Workers' Compensation Claims - 3 years required
Current knowledge of governmental regulations and community health principles applicable to occupational and environmental health and safety to include Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA/VOSH), Regulatory agency requirements, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Coordinates the administrative functions of the Workers' Compensation program for Sentara Healthcare and manages the processes in compliance with all regulations and standards. Exercises good judgment and manages risks effectively.
