Job Description
Our client, a leading global bank, is searching for a Workday Learning Analyst. This is a contract role that is fully remote. The full job description is as follows:
Location: 100% remote
Job Type: 6+ months contract renewable
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support Central Compliance with the Workday Learning LMS implementation.
· Participate on design, testing, knowledge transfer calls and meetings (both internal and with the Workday consultants).
· Create and maintain a project plan for the Central Compliance team for continuous tracking and weekly meetings.
· Assisting with the Quarterly Training Program courses and outside vendor courses, which includes uploading these courses to the new LMS, testing the courses, assisting with new assignment creation for the materials, and reporting on progress and issues.
· Assisting and partnering with IT in the migration of training data records from Trakstar (legacy LMS) to SharePoint and Workday.
· Assisting with socialization and implementation of Workday Learning to key stakeholders within the firm.
· Partnering with Human Resources Learning & Development team on Workday Learning (including on assignment of courses within Workday).
· Assisting with side projects related to Workday Learning.
Experience required:
· Strong Knowledge of Workday (ideally including experience with Workday Learning)
· Learning Management System (“LMS”) expertise (system migration and implementation a plus)
· Project mgmt. and implementation experience
· Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills required
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other MS Office programs
