Workday Analyst (With Advanced Compensation & Configuration Analysis)

Role - Workday HR Systems Advanced Compensation Configuration Analyst

Location - Remote

Duration - long term contract

• Very well-versed in implementing Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Have a roadmap to implement new features.
• This person will work for HR team that has internal customers
• Require very senior seasoned (15 yrs) who comes from a functional background in HR & Compensation and implemented Workday in last 4- 5 years.
• 4 years experienced focused on configuration and platform enhancements
• Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting, Advanced Compensation and Security
• Demonstrated knowledge to run an annual compensation cycle from end to end
• Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure solutions
• Experience managing Workday Releases

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
