· The candidate should be from Banking or financial background with specific experience with Operating expense and Capital expenditure & depreciation.

· This is a Hybrid role 3 days in NYC

· MUST have: Workday Adaptive planning software experience: this is relatively new Technology

· A Workday Adaptive Consultant is responsible for supporting and contributing to the successful implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, a cloud-based financial planning and analysis solution. The key responsibilities include:

· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their financial planning and reporting requirements.

· Configure the Workday Adaptive Planning system based on identified business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

· Data Integration: Work on integrating data sources with Workday Adaptive Planning to ensure accurate and real-time financial information.

· Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users and assist in the development of training materials. Offer ongoing support to users during and after the implementation.

· Customization: Customize reports, dashboards, and templates to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring effective communication of financial data.

· Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and address any issues, ensuring a smooth implementation process.

· Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer and future system maintenance.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and other departments, to ensure seamless integration of Workday Adaptive Planning into existing business processes.

· Stay Updated: Stay abreast of Workday Adaptive Planning updates, features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

· Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure the timely and successful completion of the implementation effort.

· This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, technical proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
