Role Sumary:
Work Team Enabler will perform activities in support of the Work Team including:
Printing and managing of all production related records. Posting and/or verifying material usage in the Material Resource Planning system(s). Managing and tracking the flow of batch records between operations and QO. Conducting reconciliation activities associated with completion of Batch Records. Verifying and accurately tracking the use or destruction of production components and returns of excess components. Tracking production lot on hold process. Initiating purchases for the unit.

As part of technical operations, you will be developing and applying your knowledge of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your receptiveness to new ideas will enhance the team’s ability to achieve goals and targets. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks and identify process issues or problems that involve direct application of your skills/knowledge.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Manage own time, professional development, and be accountable for own results.
  • Manage the preparation, cleaning, and/or operation of various components, materials and equipment.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, perform quality level checks, and document processing steps for various manufacturing / packaging / inspection equipment.
  • Perform the cleaning and sanitization of the area as per the procedure.
  • Maintain files and databases to ensure all documentation is current and complete.
  • Communicating with peers, supervisors, and interdepartmental groups to provide for an efficient drug production process.
  • Participate in Response Development to Regulatory Inspection Observations and execute corrective actions recommended as a part of cGMP/Regulatory compliance.
  • Be part of an ownership culture that values diversity and where all colleagues are energized and engaged.
  • Be part of a team and work collaboratively with the broader Manufacturing Operations group.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for the process simplification.
Qualifications
Must-Have
  • High school diploma / general education degree (GED) with one year of related experience
  • Bachelors degree in a related field with 0 to 1 years of experience.
Nice-to-Have
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and writing including comprehension skills
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong math skills with the ability to calculate percentages and to complete calculations using multiplication and division

  • Physical Demands: Variable based on unit. Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting required.
  • Work Environment: Variable based on unit. Colleague may be exposed to airborne particles which requires appropriate safety protection, noise levels may require protective hearing devices, eye protection required. Building dedicated or clean room environment gowning required in some units
  • Other Requirements: Must be diplomatic and demonstrate ability to work closely with others. Ability to work under clean room environment required in some units

The salary for this position ranges from $15.91 to $26.51 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
