We provide on-going mentoring and training so you will be successful in our industry. We are looking for confident, ambitious, goal-oriented and self-motivated applicants. Sales experience is always a plus, but not necessary. 

We specialize in Mortgage Protection. However, our agents can also offer Final Expense, Whole Life, IUL’s, Annuities and other ancillary policies. As a broker with Symmetry Financial Group, you will be contracted with multiple insurance carriers to serve your client's individual needs.

Job Description

Agents will use Warm Leads to call prospects, set appointments, and virtually meet with them for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Our full-time agents will virtually meet with 12 to 15 families per week. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.  Of course the most lucrative position is full-time.
