We are looking for an innovative and energetic Wordpress Developer (in office) to help us round out our team of digital marketing professionals. The ideal candidate for this position is fully versed in all things Wordpress and has the ability to redesign and customize themes in a fast-paced environment. Other necessary skills include:

Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to write original text and content that is crafted for each specific client
• Experience working with HTML and CSS
• Develop WordPress sites according to previously designed formulas and metrics
• Be expert level in web design and knowledge of managing hundreds of websites
• Design, create, and modify websites
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
• Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms
• Analyze user needs to implement website content, graphics, performance, and capacity
• Integrate websites with other computer applications
• Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
• Managing hosting issues

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Development
• Minimum of 5 or more years of experience working with WordPress development/design
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML and CSS
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Must have an “all hands on deck” mentality
• Proven ability to successfully and professionally lead a team of developers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,413.00 - $74,219.00 per year
