As a sander at Novo Guitars, your primary role will involve sanding guitar bodies and necks to meet our exacting specifications, ensuring the production of top-quality instruments. Employees will work with a combination of hand tools and precision machinery to accomplish their work. Your attention to detail is crucial in identifying and addressing any quality issues before the guitars advance to the final finishing stages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meticulously follow Novo’s established procedures and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the safe and proper operation of power tools.
- Clear and effective communication with supervisors and managers.
- Uphold our uncompromising quality standards throughout the sanding process.
- Leverage your keen vision and exceptional hand dexterity to perfect the feel and appearance of each guitar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
