### Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Will Call/Walk In Wood Store Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a Wood Store environment and has a passion for lumber sales.

### Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need

- Warehouse Duties, Forklift Certification, Order Pulling, Loading and Restocking of sheet goods, lumber and hardware.

- Requires Warehouse and outdoor work

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed, lumber bins, inventory counts

- Pulling orders, loading customers with forklift and by hand

- Keep the store clean and organized

- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate

- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

- Will Call Sales

- Proactive call out to assigned store customers

- Other duties as assigned

### Requirements:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred

- Lifting of at least 100 pounds

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions

- Computer skills needed, able to learn and use point of sale software

- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain an orderly store

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
