Schedule: Monday through Friday-Hours can be a little flexible either 8 to 4pm or 8:30 to 430pm
Mom exudes warmth and initiative, embracing her role as a mom. Mom and Dad both work Full Time in and out of the home. The family cherishes and considers the nanny an integral part of the family. They find comfort in someone in the home that is energetic, yet easy to be around. Someone who has a team player concept. Family cherishes moments that they spend together they love to engage in the outdoors and enjoy the beautiful lake, parks, and trails. Family provides a beautiful atmosphere for the nanny to spend her day. They are great communicators and will respect the nanny in the home.
This position is good for someone who possesses a self-starter mentality: Key qualities: kind, fun to be around, reliable, timelines, positive, can-do attitude, trustworthy, comfortable around water, someone who is willing to help with the growth and development of children. Someone willing to go on Pinterest comes up with ideas to engage with children. The daughter will be attending part time preschool in the fall.
A friendly four-legged companion will also be present part-time in the household. Light housekeeping duties and organization are expected, although a cleaning service is employed. The family will provide paid holidays, paid vacation, country club membership, and medical insurance contributions.
