Our Mission: Since 1976, ARC Community Services, Inc. has been dedicated to helping women improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their children/families.

Program: The ARC Programs in Wisconsin are residential substance use treatment programs for women. The programs use a trauma informed, gender responsive, strengths-based approach to meet the ever changing needs of women affected by substance use disorders and involvement in the criminal justice system.

Position Responsibilities:

• This position demands you are awake the entire shift!!
• Weekly schedule will be flexible according to your availability and the needs of the program!
• The position requires the ability to supervise women, provide ongoing support, model positive decision making and healthy living, and provide crisis management.
• Documented hourly checks of residents
• Maintain a safe, empowering environment for residents
