Professional development over first 1.5 years of employment with a Faith-based: (AODA) focus, comprehensive hands-on training, and 80 hours of online learning.
As an full-time Women's Overnight Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
· Leading a healthy community atmosphere in the men’s facility.
· Being a champion of the care for our residents.
· Handling all of the details of checking in and checking out residents in our program.
· Preparing new residents for their stay at the mission.
· Overseeing medications for residents in compliance with medication policy.
· Assisting residents with finding rides when necessary.
· Making sure residents are following their assigned schedules.
· Communicating important details with other staff members so that no residents fall through the cracks.
· Keeping the home safe through the training we provide.
