In collaboration with ministry area director, serves as thought leader for ministry to women, representing Lifeway to leaders in the evangelical church. Build and connect with networks of women to train church leaders on ministry to women. Develops strategic plans for equipping women in ministry and works with a team to execute the plans. Oversees content development for training classes, events, and other content related to ministry to women. Collaborates cross-functionally with the Women's ministry team to ensure a united approach to Women's Ministry leaders and women in the local church.

Responsibilities
- Develops strategic plans for equipping women in ministry on a national level by determining the training programs, events, and content needed to serve the evangelical church.
- Serves as a thought leader for both ministry to women and women in general ministry (not specifically ministry to women). Speaks, teaches, and writes as needed to further appropriate messages related to women in ministry.
- Builds networks of women and connects with pre-existing networks of women to develop trainers to provide strategic programs, events, and content for all types of evangelical churches.
- Oversees content development and choosing of trainers for courses, articles, video training, online training, events, and other strategic programs designed for equipping women in ministry.
- Active participant on Lifeway Women's leadership team responsible for developing resources to support ministry to women in the evangelical church.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree

- 8 years of church staff or denominational experience
- 5 years of event planning and content development
- Able to travel
