Location: Visalia, CA

Job Type: Full-time (Perm)

Shifts: Monday through Friday, 36 hours per week, with Thursday afternoons off.

The Nurse Practitioner will coordinate the patient plan of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the healthcare team and in compliance with all agency, local, state, and federal laws, and regulations.

Licenses/Certifications:

· Minimum 1 year of Experience in OB/GYN and Family medicine as an NP.

· Unrestricted current NP license in the state of California.

· Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
