Job description

Are you our next ROCKSTAR?!

Do you identify as a UNICORN in your craft and with your expertise?!

We are seeking an intrinsically motivated female with at least 2 years of coaching experience in the health and wellness or fitness industries to join our growing team! We are a woman-owned PT & coaching practice focusing on women's holistic health with an expanding presence virtually.

The position we are seeking to fill is for a Client Success Coach to help with our main online coaching program- helping active women overcome chronic hip pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. The program itself is well established and very successful in getting results. Our next goal with additional team members is to enhance the client experience even more and allow us to scale our reach so we can support more women without sacrificing quality of care.

We are searching for a like-minded individual who is a DPT, PTA, ATC, personal trainer, or other wellness professional. This role is great for someone with an intraprenuer spirit- maybe you like the idea of having flexibility in schedule and location, connecting with clients that are health conscious and fun, and getting to work on new ideas or brainstorm projects to life but without the headache of running your own business.

YOU MUST HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND AND CONFIDENCE WORKING WITH WOMEN 30-60 DEALING WITH HIP OR BACK PAIN, PELVIC FLOOR DYSFUNCTION, and/or MINDSET LIMITATIONS.

ROLE
As a Client Success Coach, your role is to help our clients stay on track and work through any mindset limitations that may hold them back. Depending on your background in exercise, you role will also include exercise modifications, progressions, and education for our clients. You will use your knowledge and experience working as a coach to help prevent our clients from getting off track, dive deeper into the healing process and ultimately reach the physical and fitness goals set at the beginning of their program.

This will be done via check in calls, emails, and offering direct feedback inside our private Facebook group. It may also include continuation of care as needed once the initial program is completed. Your measure of success is that our clients are active, engaged, and clear about what they need to do to move forward with confidence and ease.

Specifically, your goal is to help our clients move forward so they can overcome their hip and pelvic floor limitations, feel stronger, regain confidence and get back to the physical activities they desire. Many of our clients are avid weight lifters, cyclists, and runners so if you have specific experience working with this clientele, are familiar with the pelvic floor or have any additional certifications in nutrition, pain science, mindset or behavioral change, these are all additional perks that will make you better qualified for this role.

This role will begin part-time with the potential to transition to full-time (if desired) after an initial probationary period if we both feel like we're a great fit for one another.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Have 10-20 hours per week available for the following tasks:

  • Conduct client onboarding calls within 48 hours of enrollment to ensure that all new clients are oriented with their resources, supported in their goals, and warmly welcomed into our community
  • Set goals with the client and keep them accountable to staying on track.
  • Help clients stay clear so that nothing mindset-based is in their way and they can move forward quickly.
  • Study relevant materials inside our Online Portal to have an excellent understanding of our coaching programs so you know what our clients are working through and can direct them to the appropriate training or resource when needed.
  • Study our Brand Identity document and related Company Culture documents to be 100% clear on the company vision, core values, ideal clients, important processes, and overall business model.
  • Understand our Chronic Hip Pain Solution Program, Hip Health Performance continuation goals, and 1:1 client care flow.
  • Host group coaching calls to provide client guidance and education in a group format.
  • Update client records inside CRM based on check-in calls and other interactions.
  • Provide CEO and team with a consistent “pulse” on our clients’ status and their progress.
  • Create client engagement Facebook posts (inside of our client Facebook group) to celebrate client wins and acknowledge those who demonstrate the values we look for in great clients.
  • Maintain open communication with other coaches to be aware of what each client is working on and having success or challenges with.
  • Engage in Private Facebook group (respond to comments, encourage others, post helpful and accountability based posts) to help clients through sticking points related to workshop material and/or mindset, self-belief, and staying the course.
  • Conduct retention calls with clients and ensure that all admin (including contracts, billing, and access permissions) is completed with 100% accuracy.
  • Attend Weekly 1-on-1 meetings with our team.

RESULTS

  • Our clients get out of their own way and get results more quickly.
  • Specifically, your goal is to help our clients move forward so they can get back to running, lifting, hiking, and sports without return of their pain.
  • Ensure the majority of our clients renew their commitment to continuing with one of our continuation programs, keeping churn <10%

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have an active certification or license in a health and fitness related field (ie personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach, physical therapist, athletic trainer, etc) with at least 2 years of experience working with women and current liability insurance
  • You are compassionate and a great listener and also have the ability to challenge clients to a higher standard and ensure they move forward in spite of fear (or themselves).
  • You are a great communicator- both with team members and clients.
  • You are consistent and show up for clients in a way that they can trust.
  • You care about helping people succeed.
  • You are positive, optimistic, and can help people feel the same way.
  • You have a good understanding of the law of attraction and positive focus and can use those principles to help our clients reframe their situations when needed.
  • You are very well organized and punctual.
  • You are good with technology and very proficient using email (Gmail, GSuite) and keeping track of client conversations.
  • You prioritize your own health, wellness and personal growth.

If you've read this far and feel you would be an EXCELLENT candidate for this role, you must complete your application here: https://forms.gle/115WtL5xTNMGrFT47 or we will NOT respond. Please be sure to follow all instructions.
